CORE LAB

The Core Lab provides high level technical support to current GCRC studies.

Non-routine sophisticated assays required by research protocols are performed in the CORE diagnostic laboratory. This provides an efficient, accurate, and cost - effective means of measuring biochemical parameters. In calendar year 2005, they performed 3746 assays.

The strength of the core lab staff is their ability to develop and validate new methods and train students and investigators. They serve the needs of an ever-changing clientele. Call Tai Chen, PhD, to discuss assays for your protocol.
