OUTPATIENT SERVICES
The Medical Clinical Research outpatient facility is located on the 8th floor of the Evans Building, at 88 East Newton Street. The hotel-like environment is the ideal venue for research subjects. It occupies 10,000 square feet.
The Medical unit contains:
conference room and offices
Special equipment:
tanning bed
bone densitometry with fat distribution analysis
indirect calorimeter
video taping laboratories
treadmill
The Dental Clinical Research outpatient facility is on the 1st floor of the Dental School at 100 East Newton Street. The area is dedicated to clinical research and serves faculty in the dental school and occupies 1,000 square feet.
The Dental Clinical Research Center provides comprehensive services that support multidisciplinary and long-term clinical studies and product trials. The state-of-the-art facility offers researchers a centralized, controlled testing environment for oral health-related investigations.
The center comprises:
- four fully equipped dedicated dental units
- centralized database
- ten-chair conference room with audio-visual equipment
- patient reception area.
